Terms of Service

Sinter builds and runs a training program and a matching nutrition plan, and tracks what you actually do against them. It provides wellness and fitness information. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or coach.

You are responsible for training and eating safely. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury, or are unsure whether a plan suits you, talk to a professional before following it. Do not use Sinter to manage a condition that needs supervision.

You need an account to sync and to use the paid features. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. The figures you enter drive everything the app calculates, so their accuracy is on you.

Sinter is a paid app and there is no free tier. One subscription covers everything it does — workout logging, history and personal records, food and macro tracking, the barcode scanner, the preset plan library, cloud sync and backup, AI plan generation and photo estimates, and the analytics. It is $17.99 per month or $99.99 per year.

If your subscription ends, your account stays open and becomes read-only. Your training history, personal records, past plans and export stay available; logging new entries and generating new plans stop until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted because you stopped paying.

Premium starts with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription and renews each period until you cancel. Cancel any time; you keep Premium until the period you have paid for runs out, and we do not pro-rate part periods.

Where you subscribed is where you cancel: in the app or the billing portal for a web subscription, and in your Apple or Google account settings for a store subscription. Refunds for store purchases are handled by that store under its own policy.

If prices change, the change applies from your next renewal and never retroactively, and you will be told before it takes effect.

Generated plans and photo calorie estimates are starting points you review, not prescriptions. Nothing generated activates by itself and you confirm anything the AI produced before it is logged. Estimates are labelled as estimates because that is what they are, and a photo estimate in particular is an approximation.

Your logs and plans are yours. We claim no ownership of them and use them to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Export and deletion are built in and always free, subscribed or not.

Do not resell or redistribute Sinter’s generated plans as your own product, attempt to break or bypass the paid tier, hammer the AI endpoints beyond normal personal use, or use the app to harm anyone. The AI features carry per-account limits so one person cannot exhaust them for everybody.

Sinter is provided as-is. We work to keep it running and your synced data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and features may change. Your local data stays on your device regardless of what happens to the service, which is why export exists.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used to attack the service; if we do, we will say why, and you keep the right to export first except where that is impossible.

To the extent the law allows, the operator of Sinter is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from following a plan, relying on an estimate, or losing data you did not export. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects consumer rights you have where you live.

The governing jurisdiction will be named here once the operating entity is formed. Until then, nothing in these terms waives any right you have under the law where you live.
