The program and the diet.
One subscription.
Sinter generates your training cycle and the eating plan that goes with it, then runs both day by day against fast gym-floor logging. Doing this properly usually means paying for two apps that have never heard of each other. This is one.
7 days free, then $17.99/mo or $99.99/yr. Card required to start. Cancel before day 7 and you are not charged.
Built for the plan you actually run.
A real multi-month cycle is a first-class object, phased week by week — not a list of workouts you assemble on the day.
Pick a goal, a pace and a dietary style and Sinter builds a phased nutrition cycle the same way it builds training — weekly calorie and macro targets, with different numbers on rest days.
Generated plans validate against a strict schema before they ever activate — training cycles and nutrition cycles alike — and connect to your 1RMs, progression memory and how-to videos.
Prescriptions build off what actually happened last time. RPE and percentage sets derive live from your current 1RMs.
More than 140 curated how-to videos, one for each exercise in the catalog. Nothing loads from YouTube until you tap play.
Build and edit your cycle on a full desktop layout, then run it one-handed at the gym. Same account, both doors.
The gym floor never depends on signal. Everything logs offline; sync runs in the background when you are back on.
Estimates are labelled estimates, nothing auto-activates, and you confirm anything the AI produced. Plain words everywhere.
Capture the set in one tap.
Every input is pre-filled with the prescription. Tap the check to log it as prescribed; edit first to log a deviation. Substitutions and notes are preserved in your history in plain words.
See whether the plan is working.
Weight trend, an adaptive expenditure estimate from what you actually ate and weighed, per-exercise history and PRs. The coaching numbers, not vanity charts.
Your diet is a plan too.
Choose a goal — lose fat, gain muscle or recomp — a pace, and a dietary style including vegetarian, vegan and high-protein. Sinter returns a phased cycle with week-by-week calorie and macro targets and separate numbers for training days and rest days. Once you have logged food and weight for a few weeks it builds from your own measured maintenance rather than a population formula, and it holds a floor: no plan goes below 1,500 calories a day for men or 1,200 for women, and no deficit runs deeper than 25 percent below maintenance, whatever pace you asked for.
Log eating fast enough to happen.
Barcode scan, search, saved meals, copy-day and quick add, none of it metered. Optional AI photo estimates that you confirm before anything is logged.
One subscription. Both halves.
Sinter replaces a nutrition subscription and a training subscription with one. Seven days free to find out whether it does.
